Young Chefs Academy
At Young Chefs Academy, we teach culinary skills that
build upon each other to progress into more complicated
food preparation. While learning such skills is the main
ingredient at YCA, we add a heap of kitchen safety, a
scoop of etiquette, a handful of napkin folding and
table setting, a pinch of menu planning and laughter to
taste. We believe this is the perfect recipe for showing
children that cooking is a lifelong skill that can be
artistic, creative, and sometimes quite surprising. Our
kid-friendly kitchens provide a "real" setting so that
our students can use what they learn in their own homes.
